Shannon Weick is a research technician at the Crop Transformation Facility (CTF) at the University of Illinois. For the RIPE project, Shannon will be transforming and regenerating soybeans. Shannon earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Illinois State University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in natural resources and environmental sciences at the University of Illinois.
