Here's what we've accomplished
We have a lot to be proud of here at RIPE. Since the project's founding in 2012, we've made discoveries and innovations in how photosynthesis is studied and engineered. We also have built key infrastructure like the Crop Transformation Facility (CTF) and the High-Throughput Phenotyping Facility (HTPF) to create a full lab-to-field pipeline.

The RIPE network
RIPE made a deliberate choice to build a culture of collaboration over competition — and that choice became its greatest scientific advantage. As the team itself has said, the most important accomplishment of RIPE isn't a paper or a patent. It's the team. RIPE has served as a springboard for the careers of many early career researchers, some of which have become PIs on the RIPE Project themselves.
