Anne-Sophie Dielen| |
Former RIPE member Anne-Sophie Dielen was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Australian National University. She received her bachelor's degree from Academy of Montpellier studying plant-pathogen interactions and went on to earn her Ph.D. from the University of Bordeaux. She previously worked on starch metabolism-associated enzymes in wheat. As part of the RIPE project, she studied concentrating mechanisms using her expereince in molecular biology and biochemistry. Her work has been published in Molecular Plant Pathology.
After leaving the RIPE project, she accepted a position as an evaluator for the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator within the Australian Government Department of Health. Anne-Sophie was also involved in the League of Remarkable Women in Science, an interview project featuring successful female scientists.
