Johannes (Wanne) Kromdijk is a professor at the Department of Plant Sciences at the University of Cambridge, where he leads the Environmental Plant Physiology group. His research focuses on identification of bottlenecks in C3 and C4 photosynthesis and devising strategies to address these. He earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in plant sciences from Wageningen University and received his doctorate from the University of Cambridge.
