Helen Le is a research technician at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research
Organization (CSIRO). Her research focuses on agricultural food safety by improving the
nutritional value and pest resistance of legumes. For RIPE, Le generates cowpea transformants, and screens for elite lines for glasshouse and field trials. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology and microbiology from the University of Sydney, and she has ten years of experience in governmental and university research.
