Viviana Rosati is a postdoctoral researcher in the lab of Jim Moroney at Louisiana State University. Viviana is a molecular biologist working on algal mechanisms to improve the photosynthetic efficiency of C3 plants. She earned a bachelor's degree in genetics and molecular biology and went on to complete an Honours year from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She earned a doctorate from the same institution where she studied the molecular regulation of cyanogenic glucosides in the cereal crop sorghum.
